The Congress organizers will provide a few grants for students and researchers. The Congress registration fees will be waived for grant recipients. The grantee selection will be based on the scientific merits of the applicant's submitted paper(s). To apply for the grant, it is necessary to upload his/her CV by June 15th, 2018. Notifications will be sent by June 25th, 2018. The grant cover/endorsement letter should contain a brief justification of your needs of the financial support. Grantees will be required to declare in written how their grant will be used.
Participants are able to apply for more than one talk. In case if publication of more than one abstract is needed - additional fees will be applied in amount of 60 Euro.

A foreigner traveling to Russia should have a valid passport (expiry date should be no earlier than 6 months after the date of visitor's departure from Russia) and an appropriate visa (for almost all foreign visitors). The deadline for the Business Visa support from the conference organizers is June 30, 2018.
The visa application rules are different for different types of visas and also depend on country of residence of the applicant:

II.I EU-citizens (except for citizens of Denmark, the UK and Ireland)
To get a visa, a visitor has to submit to a Russian Embassy or Consulate an official letter of invitation issued by ITMO University- VISA INVITATION DOCUMENT.
Each participant (and accompanying person) will timely get such a Letter if he (she) ticks this option and fills in the data for the visa support letter and uploads a copy of the pages of a passport with photo in the personal account.
Please, apply for a visa as soon as possible after receiving the invitation to ensure that the visa is issued timely. Please note that the process of issuing the official letter of invitation by ITMO University takes about 5 working days. The invitation letter from The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation could take 3 weeks of more.
II.II NON-EU CITIZENS (and citizens of Denmark, the UK and Ireland)
To get a visa, a visitor has to submit to a Russian Embassy or Consulate “an official letter of invitation from the hosting organization registered with either the Russian Ministry of the Interior with its local offices or the Russian Foreign Ministry with its regional representatives”, i.e. issued by the Federal Migration Service- VISA INVITATION DOCUMENT.
Each participant (and accompanying person) will timely get such a Letter if he (she) ticks this option and fills in the data for the visa support letter and uploads a copy of the pages of a passport with photo in the personal account.
Please, apply for a visa as soon as possible after receiving the invitation to ensure that the visa is issued timely. Please note that the process of issuing the official letter of invitation by Federal Migration Service takes about 3 weeks.

For getting VISA INVITATION DOCUMENT please complete the following steps:
• Prepare a scanned copy of two adjacent pages of your passport which contain your photo, passport number and expiration date. Recommended resolution is 150–300 dpi; file formats: jpg, jpeg, gif, png, tif, tiff, pdf. Please note that size of the uploaded file must not exceed 16Mb.
Extra documents:
• Attach the scanned copy when registering through the form.
• Repeat the above steps for all accompanying persons (please DO NOT omit affiliation, position, address and fax of the institution FOR EMPLOYED, STUDENTS and PUPILS).
• Wait for the response from Organizing Committee
The same information is required for each of accompanying person.
